The Clark County School District (CCSD) proposes to enter into a data sharing Interlocal Agreement with Clark County, on behalf of the Department of Juvenile Justice Services (DJJS), related to the chronic absenteeism collaborative. This Interlocal Agreement includes sharing, use, and protection of personally identifiable student information data related to chronic absenteeism for the purpose of providing interventions and resources to students to eliminate barriers to school attendance. The anticipated project period is from August 12, 2022, through August 12, 2027.
