The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the University of Ottawa established an Academic Exchange Agreement in August of 1990. One of the mandates of the agreement is to develop links between the two universities through the exchange of graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. The above award will permit a student or fellow to pursue research in academic programs of common interest to both universities.
