This Modification 06 to the Interagency Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this day of , 2017, by and between Fort Bend County, a governmental entity, (herein after called “Fort Bend County” or “FBC”) and the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, Texas, a metropolitan transit authority and public entity under the laws of the State of Texas, (hereinafter called “METRO”).
