The removal of existing and construction of new concrete curb & gutter and sidewalk. The work will consist primarily in the supply and installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and retaining wall distributed throughout four different streets bordering the Copperstone Pointe Residential Development. The work also includes excavation, supply of granular materials, slot paving, installing a cover on & raising an existing manhole, and some boulevard regrading with new topsoil & seed, plantings, trees installation, reinstatement of irrigation lines and miscellaneous works.
