This Artist Permissions Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective (the “Effective Date”), by and between , an individual (“Artist”), on the one hand; and Art Fetish LLC, a California limited liability company, (“Art Fetish”), on the other hand. Artist and Art Fetish are referred to herein separately as “Party” and are referred to herein collectively as the “Parties.” There are no other parties to the Agreement.
