This AGREEMENT for procurement of hardware and services is made by and between York Telecom Corporation (dba “Yorktel”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New Jersey, and having a principal place of business at 81 Corbett Way, Eatontown NJ 07724 (hereinafter referred to as “Supplier” or “Yorktel”), and for the purchase of products and services from Yorktel (Hereinafter referred to as “Customer”).
