2014, by and between the City of Flagstaff, an Arizona municipal corporation with offices at 211 West Aspen Avenue, Flagstaff, Arizona ("Owner") and FCI Constructors, Inc. ("Contractor"), an Arizona corporation with offices at 10922 W. Glenn Drive, Glendale, Arizona. Contractor and the Owner may be referred to each individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
