This First Amendment to Lease Purchase Arrangement #2 (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into to be effective for all purposes this _______________, 2024 (the “Amendment Date”) by and between Alpine Education Services d/b/a Harmony Education Foundation, a Texas nonprofit corporation (“Lessor”), and Albuquerque School of Excellence, a New Mexico public charter school (“Lessee”). The Lessor and the Lessee may each be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
