This agreement is for the Tyler ExecuTime Application to be implemented by Tyler to allow for electronic workforce management for all Town staff. The software manages time and attendance as well as advanced scheduling, offers self- service functionalities and allows for better management of time off, overtime, job costing and other labor data. The multi-year agreement provides a cost spread for implementation and configuration, reduces procurement expenses, includes maintenance on ExecuTime software deployed under this agreement and has the flexibility to deploy the software when needed to all departments. The cost for this year has already been approved for this budget. Legal has reviewed documentation.
