This agreement is made as of 12/25/2025 (date) betweenCompany Name Client Name(hereinafter “Client”) andKimberly Marie KMarie Studio(hereinafter “Designer”) 1. DESIGNER RESPONSIBILITIES a. Location and equipmentThe designer will provide service remotely from her Oklahoma City based design studio, utilizing personal equipment. The client must provide a minimum 24-hour notice to the Designer for any in-office requirements limited to 10 hours per week. In the event the designer has a scheduling conflict at the time requested, an alternate time will be determined at the time of request. b. Schedule 40 The client will provide the designer with hours per month of contract based hourly services. Designer reserves the right to aflexible schedule within the workday hours of 7:30am - 6pm. Messages after these hours will be returned the following business day. Requests completed after hours, weekends, and government or scheduled holidays will be charged an additional $25/hr.c.
