THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered this 13th day of April, 2020, by and between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Client") and NorthStar Engineering and Surveying, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) for Consultant to render professional services for Client with respect to Bid 20-007, Lake Minnequa Subdivision and Vacation, and related ancillary services, hereinafter referred to as the "Project."
