This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of December 10, 2020 (“Effective Date”) and will end on November 30, 2021 by and between the Lucas County Board of County Commissioners (LUCAS COUNTY) and The Crime and Justice Institute, a Division of Community Resources for Justice, Inc. (CONTRACTOR), an independent contractor with 501(c)(3) non‐profit status, with offices at 355 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02116 (“Contractor”).
