This rider shall be attached as an Appendix to the ARTIST ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT, and as such shall be considered an integral part of that Agreement. The Purchaser guarantees that he, and/or any of his promoters, event managers, any of their subcontractors shall receive a copy of this RIDER and shall respect and follow all of the terms as contained herein. Any failure to do so without written confirmation from Artist manager may result in cancelation of the Engagement without any further obligation to Purchaser.
