NATIONAL INSTRUMENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE НЭШНЛ ИНСТРУМЕНТС ПОЛОЖЕНИЯ И УСЛОВИЯ ПРОДАЖ The terms and conditions detailed herein («Agreement») apply to your («Customer») purchase from National Instruments Corporation, “National Instruments Rus” LLC and/or any National Instruments Corporation affiliate (individually or collectively, as applicable, referred to as “NI”) of NI hardware (“Hardware”), licenses to use NI software (“Software”), and Non-NI Branded Products (collectively the “Product(s)"), as well as training services and support related to NI Hardware and Software("Services"). In the absence of National Instruments Corporation and/or of an identified National Instruments Corporation affiliate on the Quote, order acknowledgement, or invoice, the term “NI” will then mean National Instruments Rus LLC.
