Terms and Conditions Governing an Onsite Supply Agreement Between City of Lancaster and FASTENAL COMPANYSupply Agreement • September 12th, 2019
CONTRACT TERM. This Agreement, effective as of September 25, 2019 is made by and between City of Lancaster (“City” or “Buyer”), with its principal place of business at 44933 Fern Avenue, Lancaster, CA 93534; and FASTENAL COMPANY (“Fastenal” or “Seller”), with its offices at 2001 Theurer Boulevard, Winona, MN 55987. Unless sooner terminated or canceled, this Agreement shall remain in effect for the period beginning on the effective date hereof and shall automatically renew for an additional term of one (1) or more years, unless written notice is provided to the other party no later than ninety (90) days before the expiration of the then current term that this Agreement will be terminated. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice for any reason, with or without cause.
