This AGREEMENT No. 11998.23 is made and entered into on May 8, 2023 between SOUTHWESTERN COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT”, and Vital Inspection Services, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “CONSULTANT”. The DISTRICT and the CONSULTANT are sometimes referred to herein as a “PARTY” and collectively as the “PARTIES”. This AGREEMENT is made with reference to the following facts:
