• Gruppo TecnoFerrari S.p.A. with registered office in Via Ghiarola Vecchia nr.91, 42042 Fiorano Modenese (MO), (hereinafter (“TecnoFerrari”) is generally interested in the purchase (hereinafter “Potential Purchase”) of products/components/machinery/materials, both commercial and based on a drawing by TecnoFerrari, or, jointly or separately, of services (hereinafter indicated as “Supply”) supplied by your Company.
