This Audiit.Org Service Agreement – Accounting Firm User (this “Agreement”) is between Capital Confirmation, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Provider”), and the Accounting Firm accessing and using the Audiit.Org Service (as defined below) (the “Accounting Firm”), and sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Accounting Firm shall have the right to use the Provider’s Audiit.Org Service. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date of its electronic acceptance by the Accounting Firm (the “Effective Date”).
