As used in this Agreement, the terms “Bank,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Northeast Bank. The terms “you” or “your” refer to the account holder(s) authorized by the Bank to use the Service, persons authorized to sign on the account holder’s deposit account, and anyone else who uses the Service with the permission of the account holder(s). By using the Service, you agree to and acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
