This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and between Plaintiffs Kimberly Miller, Briana Houser, and Dean Buchholz (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), for themselves and the Settlement Class Members (as defined below), and Defendant P.S.C., Inc. (“Defendant”). Plaintiffs and Defendant are referred to collectively in this Settlement Agreement as the “Parties.”
