MAINTENANCE SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT: STANDARD LEVEL 1May 12th, 2020
The terms and conditions of the Standard Maintenance Service Level Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “MSLA”, are applicable in conjunction with the End User Software License Agreement (the “EULA”) between Quadient Group AG, Oberer Gansbach 1, 9450 Appenzell, Switzerland and the Licensee. Any terms not specifically defined within this MSLA will be deemed to have the meaning set forth in the EULA. Unless unambiguously contrary thereto, the MSLA terms and conditions shall not alter or supersede any term of the EULA. Any and all of the Maintenance Services as set forth shall solely refer to Software proprietary to or certified by Quadient Group AG or one of its subsidiaries.
