This COLLECTION AGREEMENT is hereby entered into by and between San Miguel, County of, hereinafter referred to as “SMCO”, and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests, hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service,” under the provisions of the Cooperative Funds Act June 30, 1914 (16 U.S.C. 498 as amended by P.L.104-127).
