This Agreement is made this the day of 202 , between the City of Seguin, Texas (“City”), 205 North River Street, Seguin, Texas 78155 and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc (“Consultant”), 10101 Reunion Place, Suite 400, San Antonio, TX 78216 for the provision of professional services in accordance with the attached Request for Qualifications – Safe Streets and Roads for All Comprehensive Safety Action Plan which includes the Scope of Work and Performance Tasks and Services, (collectively the “Project”).
