THIS POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “PPA” or “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 16th day of June 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between GreanLife Solar, LLC d/b/a SHINE DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS, a Texas limited liability company (“Seller”) and YWCA McLean County, an Illinois Not For Profit Company (“Buyer”). Seller and Buyer are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
