This license agreement is between you, the Licensee of rental property, hereafter referred to as "Guest(s)" and, Steven & Jennifer, hereafter referred to as "Host", the Licensor authorized by the owner of said rental property, hereafter referred to as Owner. Upon successful booking of any of the properties offered on and through this platform, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and privacy policy set forth in this Rental License Agreement.
