THIS PARKING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of the 1st day of May, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between BH Media Group, Inc. d/b/a The Daily Progress, a Delaware corporation (“Licensor”) and the County of Albemarle, Virginia, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (Licensee”).
