THIS AGREEMENT made and entered this 8th day of July, 2019 by and between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado Municipal Corporation (hereinafter "Owner") and 2WR of Colorado, Inc., a professional architectural firm (hereinafter "Architect") for Architect to render certain professional architectural and related services for Owner in connection with Project #19-036, Project Name: Architectural and Consulting Services for the Remodel of the Pope Block West Building, hereinafter referred to as the "Project." In consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows:
