This Subscription Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of the last party to sign below (“Effective Date”) between Ezotech Inc., Inc. (“EzoTech Inc.”), and the entity which has executed this Agreement as identified in the signature block below (“Customer”). Capitalized terms not defined elsewhere in this Agreement shall have the meaning given to them in the Definitions section below. EzoTech Inc. and Customer hereby agree as follows:
