This Settlement Agreement and Full and Final Release of Claims (“Release” or the “Agreement”) is made by Fran Shoenthal McQueen (“McQueen”). “McQueen” as used herein shall be defined as Fran Shoenthal McQueen and her agents, attorneys, successors, executors, administrators, beneficiaries, heirs, assigns, insurers, and any persons who could make consortium claims.
