THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of December 2013 pursuant to RCW 39.34, the Interlocal Cooperation Act, by and between the City of Washougal, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Washington, hereinafter referred to as “Washougal”; and the City of Camas, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Washington, hereinafter referred to as “Camas”, hereinafter also collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
