Our common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange, or NYSE, under the trading symbol “HTGC.” The last sale price, as reported on NYSE on June 18, 2014, was $15.78 per share. The net asset value per share of our common stock at March 31, 2014 (the last date prior to the date of this prospectus supplement on which we determined net asset value) was $10.58.
