is entered into as of the day of , 2014 (“Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF CLAYTON, a California municipal corporation (the “City”), and the MOUNT DIABLO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a regularly organized and existing school district under the laws of the State of California (the “School District”). School District and City shall be referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party” in this Agreement.
