This Agreement is made between hereafter called AGENCY, and hereafter called EMPLOYER. These parties agree that the EMPLOYER shall provide work experience and supervision to the COVID Grant participants at Worksites in accordance with the General Assurances, Worksite Worksheet, and the Position Description Form associated with each position, which are part of this contract.
