This C-Point Key FOB Agreement is entered into by and between WLIC and (member(s) in good standing (hereinafter referred to as “Member”)). This Agreement shall be construed as a temporary revocable license, the consideration of which shall be the ease of access to C-Point from the road. The electronic code in the Key FOB provided for herein is immediately revocable in the sole discretion of the WLIC, its directors, employees and/or authorized agents, with or without notice to the Member and/or any guest.
