This KBEE KNOWLEDGEBASE AGREEMENT (“KBee Agreement”) is between Abtech Technologies, Inc. (DBA “KBee”) and any of Abtech Technology Inc.’s subsidiaries, DBAs, agents, successors, or parent companies (“KBee”) and Client and its affiliates, subsidiaries, DBAs, divisions, branches, departments, agents, successors, or parent companies thereof (“Client”) to establish the general terms and conditions that govern the service relationship between both parties.
