This Amended Lease (“Amended Lease”) made this day of , 2022, between the County of Lancaster, Nebraska (the “County”), and City of Lincoln, Nebraska (the “City”), as Lessor, and District Energy Corporation (“DEC”), as Lessee. Each of the County, the City and DEC is a Party, and collectively they are the Parties hereunder. This Amended Lease amends that certain Lease entered into by and between the Parties dated October 11, 1990.
