This Agreement is entered into by and between the Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled, operating as the U.S. AbilityOne Commission (“Commission”), and the National Industries For The Blind, designated herein this Agreement as an AbilityOne Program Central Nonprofit Agency (“CNA"), for the purpose of establishing the governing relationship and roles and responsibilities of each party in its respective role within the AbilityOne Program.
