COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN: METOKOTE (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”) - and –
Collective Agreement • October 28th, 2009

The Company and the Union agree that their relationship is one of mutual respect and responsibility and the general purpose of this Collective Agreement is to provide an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Employer and the Union, in order to secure a safe and reasonable environment for employees while promoting prompt and fair disposition of grievances, and to prevent interruption of work and interference with the efficient operation of the Employer’s business consistent with the terms of this Collective Agreement.
