The loan originators participating in the joint origination of the subject property referenced herein have agreed to split in any commission resulting from the transactions funding. The loan originators acknowledge that they have completed the minimum required services as per RESPA in order to split the commission. Loan originators relinquish any claims against Innovative Mortgage Services, Inc. in relation to any disputes that may arise regards to their agreed upon commission split and for remuneration thereof.
