This computer software and web hosting service agreement (this "Agreement") is between Next Step Logistics, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Ohio ("Next Step Logistics") and the person (individual or legal person) who signs (electronic sign up via a web based form, electronic signature, or otherwise) Next Step Logistics’ service order and set up form (the "Order") or by written agreement accepts Next Step Logistics’ proposal to do work (the "Order") incorporating this Agreement by reference ("Customer"). This Agreement governs Customer's use of Next Step Logistics’ computer software and/or web hosting services.
