This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Martin Petersen, Susan Hurtado, Joseph Sarasua, and Charleen Swaney (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), on behalf of themselves and the Class Members, as defined below, on the one hand, and Lowe’s HIW, Inc. (“Defendant”), on the other hand. Plaintiffs and Defendant collectively are referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties.” This Agreement is subject to the approval of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
