This Master Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between CENTURYLINK COMMUNICATIONS, LLC DBA LUMEN TECHNOLOGIES GROUP (“Lumen” or “CenturyLink”) and TARRANT COUNTY COLLEGE DISTRICT - TX (“Customer” or “TCCD”) and is effective on the date the last party signs it (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement provides the terms and conditions applicable to Customer’s purchase of products and services (“Service”) from Lumen acquired through TCCD’s RFP# 21-012 Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Network Connections.
