This proposal and quotation when executed constitutes an agreement between City Grazing (“City Grazing”) of San Francisco, CA and the Kensington Police Department (“Client”) for City Grazing to provide goats to reduce Himalayan blackberry and other vegetation at the park at 59 Arlington Avenue, Kensington, CA in the area adjacent to 4 Windsor Avenue (“property”). Grazing will be done on a lump sum price basis at the direction of Chief Ricky Hull, in accordance with the Fees & Payment Terms section below.
