THIS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the day of , 2020, by and between the Edmond Public Works Authority (“EPWA”), an Oklahoma public trust having the City of Edmond (“City”) as its beneficiary, and Lark Development, LLC (“Developer”), an Oklahoma limited liability company, or assigns. EPWA and Developer are each a “Party” and collectively referred to herein as “Parties.”
