The All India Council for Technical Education (“AICTE”) has adopted regulations mandating all technical institutions offering undergraduate and postgraduate degree / diploma courses that seek AICTE approval to have an annual subscription to relevant packages of the Subscribed Content as set out in Schedule A(“Program”). AICTE has, in consultation with Elsevier B.V. (“Elsevier”), defined custom packages of the Subscribed Content to be part of the Program.
