The Terms and Conditions for Participating Drivers (the “Contract”) stated herein con- stitute a legal agreement between the Participating Drivers and Sukimove Deliveries Inc.. By accessing, enrolling as a Participating Driver and using the Software, the Par- ticipating Drivers agree that he/she have read, understood, accepted and agreed with the terms and conditions of this Contract and any future amendments and addi- tions herein as published by Sukimove Deliveries Inc. from time to time, as well as to the representations the Participating Drivers made below. If the Participating Drivers do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Contract, he/she may not access or use the Software and the Services. Sukimove Deliveries Inc. may immediately termi- nate this Contract or generally cease offering or deny access to the Software and the Services or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason.
