INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as the "District." a lawfully created independent school district within the State of Texas operating under and subject to the Texas Education Code, and BORUSAN MANNESMANN PIPE U.S., INC., Texas Taxpayer Identification Number 32044953654, and its successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant." The Applicant and the District are each hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties." Certain capitalized and other terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in Section 1.3.
