By signing this agreement, the animal's owner agrees to hold V.I.C. Pet care and/or any of its officials and the establishment we are offering the cleaning through harmless from and against any and all claims, demands or causes of action, liability, loss, damages or expenses, including attorneys’ fees and cost, arising out of or in the course of any animal teeth cleaning activities. This indemnity and hold harmless agreement shall include any claim, demand or cause of action against all Companies or any of its employees, officers for negligence and/or strict liability.
