The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and Austin-Travis County MHMR dba Integral Care (“Grantee”), which are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” to that certain Mental Health/Suicide Care Pilot Project (“MH/SCPP”) contract effective August 19, 2019 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000502700001 (the “Contract”), now desire to amend the Contract.
