THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) made as of the _____ day of __________________, 20__ (“Effective Date”) between the TOWN OF B ERWYN HEIGHTS, a municipal corporation in the State of Maryland (hereinafter, the “TOWN”), and POTOMAC ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY, a District of Columbia and Virginia corporation (hereinafter “PEPCO”). PEPCO and the TOWN are each referred to in this Agreement as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
